When sailing our boats it is important that you are aware of the drinking driving laws on the canal, anyone under the influence should not be in charge of the boat at any time as you are still in charge of a motorized vessel and the police may be called in the event of a report or at the discretion of the staff when the boat is returned.

 

Self Drive Day Boat Hire (Up to 12 Passengers including pets)

(A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking) Your remaining balance will be due four weeks before the date of hire if you are booking less than four weeks in advance the full balance will be required at the time of booking

Slots from 22nd September - 12th December will be 9AM - 3PM or 9:30AM - 3:30PM

Onboard you'll find everything you need from a two ring-hob, sink, cutlery and crockery there is also a WC.

tea coffee and sugar is onboard we just ask you bring your own milk

You can sail down to bridge 14 in Romliey this will take around  2 hours there you'll find a few pubs, cafes and some shops There, you'll also see plenty of beautiful spots to moor up and have a picnic with your family and friends. along the way you don't have you sail all the way up to bridge 14 to enjoy the beauty of the he Peak Forest.

We do allow pets onboard so if you are thinking of bringing the dogs feel free to do so.

Both of our boats are fitted with trackers, so we know where you are at all times. If you do need any assistance we can pin point your location and assist you as soon as possible. We can also give you a little prompt if we think your running a little behind.
